We aim to dispatch goods within 5 business days of receiving your order. Unless we have posted a message on our social media or website to indicate otherwise (eg out of office).

All New Zealand orders are sent via courier and are tracked. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Local hand delivery (Okato village) - FREE

Or collect in person at local markets / events when we have a stall by arrangement only. 

Standard Shipping and Rural delivery - FREE

INTERNATIONAL Sales and Shipping:

We currently do not ship internationally.
We do not ship to the USA due to tariffs.

PLEASE NOTE: 

All products on the site are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Any Shipping may be additional to these costs. 
 

We ship orders on business days, and any statutory dates or weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to supplying us the incorrect delivery details.
